Operations Manager
  • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
  • Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
  • Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued employee benefits.
  • Organization of fiscal documents.
  • Regular meetings with Executive Director
  • Supervise and coach office manager on a weekly basis.
  • University degree in Business. MBA preferred.
    5 years experience in Waste Management
  • At least 3 years experience in Financial Management
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (Arabic and English)
  • Knowledge of government contract management and + Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • Excels at operating in an fast pace, community environment
  • Excellent people manager, open to direction and + Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.

Sales and Marketing Representative (x3)
  • Present and sell company services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current service knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Communicate new services opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • University degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in sales and marketing
  • Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
  • Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state drivers license.
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
